Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Deepening existing client relationships and driving value-based sales engagements for mid-market software solutions with an accent on identifying improvement areas and showcasing tailored solutions. Focus on cross- and upselling, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects.
Location: Hybrid options (remote within the EU)

What you will do
- Take ownership of customers using the mid-market software solution.
- Proactively engage with customers and build a strong network.
- Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Use expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince decision-makers of the benefits and ROI of the SaaS solution.
- Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects.
- Collaborate closely with consulting, product management, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or key account management.
- Proven experience presenting customized software solutions to clients.
- Technical affinity, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
