What you will do

  • Take ownership of customers using the mid-market software solution.
  • Proactively engage with customers and build a strong network.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Use expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince decision-makers of the benefits and ROI of the SaaS solution.
  • Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, product management, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales or key account management.
  • Proven experience presenting customized software solutions to clients.
  • Technical affinity, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
