What you will do

  • Drive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
  • Schedule and participate in discovery calls to assess workforce management needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to provide detailed lead insights and handoffs.
  • Apply consultative selling methodologies like SPIN and MEDDPICC in daily operations.
  • Pursue personal development goals with a clear path toward an Associate Account Executive role.

Requirements

  • German: Native or near-native (C1+) required.
  • English: Fluent, both written and spoken required.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, persistent hunter mentality.
  • Ability to learn digital systems such as CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Ambition to build a long-term career in B2B sales.
