What you will do

  • Lead the global Deal Desk function overseeing deal structuring, pricing, and governance.
  • Support complex strategic transactions in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Develop scalable processes and tools to streamline deal approvals and reduce cycle times.
  • Enhance pricing models, discount structures, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Provide insights and reporting on deal performance and pricing trends to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, revenue recognition, and enterprise contracts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and CPQ tools such as Salesforce and SAP.
