What you will do

• Define and drive China-focused technical enablement strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Lead design of customized deployment frameworks addressing China’s network ecosystem requirements.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges related to network integration and compliance in China.
• Establish and maintain technical partnerships with China-based cloud providers, ISPs, and regulatory bodies.
• Deliver executive-level workshops and certification programs for partners and clients.
• Represent hirify.global as a subject-matter expert on China’s networking landscape at industry events and influence product strategy.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years in technical leadership roles focused on China’s network/cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience enabling large-scale deployments for Fortune 500 or regulated industries in China.
• Expertise in advanced networking technologies (SASE, ZTNA, edge computing) and China’s regulatory environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English with strong negotiation skills at technical and C-level.
• Leadership experience mentoring junior teams and navigating technical-political challenges.
• Preferred background includes roles at global CDN/SASE providers or top-tier China cloud/ISP players.
