What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and workflow automation projects from business case to post-deployment.
• Collaborate with AI Business Analyst and AI Engineer to create actionable plans, timelines, and metrics.
• Develop project scope, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers aligned with Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Bridge technical teams and functional leads, communicating status, risks, and ROI to executives.
• Manage budget, resources, and drive tool adoption with training and feedback iteration.
• Identify scaling opportunities for automation frameworks and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related
• 4-6 years in project management, digital transformation, or system integration
• Strong project governance: planning, risk control, stakeholder alignment, value tracking
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on technology projects
• Understanding of workflow automation tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

• PMP / Agile certification
• Familiarity with AI or GenAI
• Experience in gaming or creative industry
