What you will do

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Strategists to define problems, map user flows, and prototype interactions.
  • Lead the creative direction for innovative projects, indirectly guiding designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Manage executive stakeholders and build strong relationships across core product teams.
  • Utilize research methods to identify technological, business, and user opportunities.
  • Launch new financial products and services that ensure consistency with the brand and product architecture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, specifically within payments or a closely aligned domain.
  • Mastery of UX, visual, and interaction design skills.
  • Proven ability to set vision, define direction, and lead teams through ambiguity.
  • Systems-thinking approach with the ability to design for both digital and offline experiences.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 product development or redesigning major product elements.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
