What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 6 BDRs to world-class standards.
  • Drive performance through metrics, testing, and automation of outreach sequences.
  • Define and execute segmentation, messaging, and prioritization strategies with Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead with clarity and empathy, fostering a culture of excellence, feedback, and fun.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure pipeline-to-revenue conversion consistency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Paris and work on-site
  • 4-6 years experience in SaaS B2B sales with proven track record.
  • Experience managing and coaching a small team of BDRs or AEs.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional EU languages are a plus.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a focus on impact and outcomes.
