What you will do
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 6 BDRs to world-class standards.
- Drive performance through metrics, testing, and automation of outreach sequences.
- Define and execute segmentation, messaging, and prioritization strategies with Sales and Marketing.
- Lead with clarity and empathy, fostering a culture of excellence, feedback, and fun.
- Partner with Sales to ensure pipeline-to-revenue conversion consistency.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Paris and work on-site
- 4-6 years experience in SaaS B2B sales with proven track record.
- Experience managing and coaching a small team of BDRs or AEs.
- Fluent in English and French; additional EU languages are a plus.
- Data-driven decision maker with a focus on impact and outcomes.
