What you will do

  • Develop and scale global partnerships, channel partners, and strategic alliances to drive worldwide sales.
  • Engage with stakeholders across diverse cultures to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Drive value-based sales and market expansion by aligning solutions with regional needs.
  • Train and support partners with multilingual sales enablement to maximize revenue potential.
  • Analyze sales data and optimize partner performance to ensure continued success.
  • Create new business opportunities using cultural insights and entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • English proficiency required plus fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, or Mandarin preferred).
  • 5+ years of successful experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS, MedTech, Aesthetics, or B2B.
  • Proven success working across different cultures and international markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies to diverse cultural and business environments.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual abilities beyond English.
  • Experience with SaaS APIs and aesthetic industry technologies.
