What you will do

• Generate quality sales opportunities for the hirify.global Enterprise platform through strategic prospecting.
• Research accounts to build tailored education plans for prospects on hirify.global’s benefits.
• Engage prospects via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and meet quarterly targets and BDR metrics.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to support outbound campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom with the ability to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Experience in SaaS sales (highly advantageous).
• Proven "hunter" mindset with comfort in making outbound cold calls to executive management.
• Expertise in prospecting, nurturing, and qualifying prospects to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills for product demonstrations.
