TL;DR

Agile Coach: Driving increased agility, innovation, and collaboration by coaching teams and leaders in Agile and Kanban methodologies. Focus on change management, cross-team collaboration, and embedding Agile principles at scale within a leading travel subscription platform.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante, Milan, Porto

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches to develop unified agile strategies and frameworks across the organization.
  • Guide executives and teams on Agile principles, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Empower teams to make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Design and support deployment of development approaches to optimize resource allocation and customer-centric product delivery.
  • Provide coaching and training on Agile and Kanban to Product Owners, Dev Teams, and business units.
  • Create and facilitate customized workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of experimentation and learning.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • 3+ years experience coaching Agile/Kanban in technology organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and ability to transfer understanding at all organizational levels.
  • Consulting and facilitation skills for technical and business teams.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with applied AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Experimentation mindset and eagerness to integrate AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to leverage AI for problem solving and productivity enhancement.
  • Adaptability and learning agility with new AI features.
  • Interest or experience collaborating with AI as pair programmers.
