IT Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks, decisions, and issues.
• Coordinate a global digital rollout across markets, business categories, workstreams, suppliers, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Organize kickoffs, readiness reviews, governance forums, steering committees, onboarding, training, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate integrations including SSO, GA4, and CDN connections, as well as platform configuration, prompt libraries, approvals, and technical prerequisites.
• Prepare executive status reports and decision papers while monitoring budgets, supplier deliverables, resources, acceptance criteria, and escalations.
• Define the support model and lead the transition from project delivery to ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering international or multi-market technology projects and implementing SaaS platforms or digital products.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers, internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and multiple time zones.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, change management, budgets, resources, and financial reporting.
• Experience with testing, go-live, training, transition to support, steering committee materials, and executive reporting.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing technologies, search, SEO, analytics, MarTech, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, GA4, CDN, or SSO.
• Experience with generative AI, prompt management, or content platforms.
