Senior Technical Project Manager (Martech)

What you will do

• Organize and manage client marketing automation and CRM projects from analysis through delivery.
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate configurators and developers by overseeing follow-up, planning, and time spent.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships while supporting colleagues in their day-to-day work.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Experience working with Agile methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business language into technical language.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
