What you will do
- Coach and mentor teams in adopting Agile and Scrum principles, behaviors, and practices.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog and guide feature delivery.
- Coordinate work across product and partner teams, releases, dependencies, and external vendors.
- Remove impediments, improve delivery flow, and promote continuous delivery and outcome-driven decisions.
- Use delivery metrics and data to improve team efficiency, productivity, quality, and predictability.
- Facilitate collaboration among Product Owners, developers, data professionals, UX/UI specialists, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Broad experience in Agile environments, including product-centric and hypothesis-driven development.
- Experience managing multiple product teams, coordinating releases, and resolving systemic organizational blockers.
- Strong knowledge of Lean practices, including Kanban, flow metrics, WIP management, and value stream mapping.
- Advanced facilitation, communication, negotiation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification, such as CSM or PSM-I, plus technical knowledge of software application development and Agile lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT healthcare.
- Experience in e-commerce, particularly B2B e-commerce.
- Knowledge of digital product management practices, change management, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
