What you will do
- Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize business opportunities with key hotel partners.
- Monitor regional performance, analyze trends, and identify growth areas.
- Lead, mentor, and engage a team of market managers and specialists.
- Drive continuous training and commercial excellence within the team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Represent the company at major hotel and tourism events and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain
- Full English proficiency required
- Proven experience in account management or sales leadership in the hotel industry.
- At least 7 years managing teams with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trusted relationships with partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
