What you will do

• Understand and support key marketing and digital metrics reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Science, and Marketing Ops teams to develop measurement frameworks and models.
• Drive business decisions through quantitative analysis and commercial strategy proposals.
• Provide analytical support and improve data literacy within CRM and marketing teams.
• Lead a team of insight analysts to deliver timely reports and business cases.
• Improve marketing processes including automation of reporting.

Requirements

• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in commercial or analytical roles with strong numerical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior management.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong prioritization.
