What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet annual business targets and grow customer base.
  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and act as primary contact for selected accounts.
  • Lead sales operations including proposals, pricing, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, planning, and contracts teams to support customer needs.
  • Participate in product development meetings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize presentations, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote company products and services.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Everett, Washington, United States
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3-5 years sales or marketing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MRP systems (LN preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% initially, increasing to 60% annually.

  • Engineering degree preferred.
