Salary: $157,250 - $212,750

What you will do

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive innovation and efficiency
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks and challenges to project success
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering team members

Requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance with adjudicated polygraph and U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in complex software development efforts
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in software systems and proven project delivery
• Must work onsite in Seal Beach, California

Nice to have

• Experience with scaled agile development processes
• Strong skills in communication, adaptability, decision making, and requirements tracing
