What you will do

• Lead the development and management of requirements and interface specifications for complex GN&C systems.
• Apply systems engineering methods within a model-based systems engineering (MBSE) framework.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to define use cases, operations concepts, and system architectures.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies at the program and system level.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and establish best practices for digital engineering standards.
• Present technical details and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics required (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with a strong emphasis on requirements engineering.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools, SysML, and engineering analysis methods.
• Ability to independently drive solutions to complex, ambiguous technical problems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
