What you will do

• Execute system engineering lifecycle assignments independently.
• Define system architectures using digital engineering and MBSE frameworks.
• Conduct simulation-based performance analysis for complex system-of-systems.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead small teams and align them with program goals.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics required (Master's preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Practical experience with systems engineering processes and simulation-based analysis.
• Proficiency with descriptive modeling tools such as SysML.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
