What you will do
- Execute system engineering lifecycle assignments independently.
- Define system architectures using digital engineering and MBSE frameworks.
- Conduct simulation-based performance analysis for complex system-of-systems.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead small teams and align them with program goals.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics required (Master's preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Practical experience with systems engineering processes and simulation-based analysis.
- Proficiency with descriptive modeling tools such as SysML.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
