Salary: $102,000 - $170,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and manage system requirements using MBSE tools, including Cameo, to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Establish traceability, link model elements, and generate reports to support critical program decisions.
• Create and maintain Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) for complex system upgrades and management.
• Organize and maintain technical documentation within Confluence and Git-based repositories.
• Collaborate with the U.S. Space Force to define and manage an integrated system-of-systems space enterprise.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret security clearance are mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in MBSE.
• Proficiency in using MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo) to interpret and update SysML diagrams.
• Experience in requirements analysis, synthesis, and traceability for shall statements.
• Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite at Peterson Space Force Base.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with AWS and Cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Previous experience as a software or systems engineering and integration lead.
