Salary: $82,300 - $220,000

What you will do

• Define, analyze, and verify system and subsystem requirements to shape overall design.
• Apply MBSE and digital engineering methods to mission needs and CONOPS development.
• Lead requirement tree development, flow-down, and simulation-based performance trades.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies at the program/system level.
• Coordinate requirements assessments and provide design modifications based on analysis.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and lead small project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or mathematics required (Master's preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Practical experience with systems engineering processes and MBSE/digital engineering tools.
• Proficiency in SysML, STPA, DOORS, or similar engineering analysis tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a system-level perspective.
