What you will do
- Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets using modern sales techniques and processes.
- Cultivate awareness of the Truework vision and execute targeted campaigns with marketing and partner teams.
- Partner with internal teams to support accounts in pre-sales and deployment.
- Manage account relationships by understanding lender operations and hirify.global's product portfolio.
- Identify centers of value for lenders and quantify the ROI and impact of solutions on their operations.
- Represent market trends and client needs to Executive and Product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling transformative technology solutions.
- Experience closing new business accounts and building pipeline.
- Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs, and end-users in individual and team sales environments.
- Ability to navigate large organizations’ political landscape to maintain and expand relationships.
- General knowledge in sales practices like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Power Selling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics.
- English: B2 required.
