Salary: $181,000 - $240,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for fintech capabilities including payments, invoicing, fraud management, and tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance, engineering, security teams, and senior stakeholders to develop robust fintech solutions.
  • Own the success and optimization of the fintech product portfolio and partner integrations.
  • Communicate complex fintech concepts effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Lead fintech product innovation by identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of product leadership experience in fintech or payments.
  • 8+ years experience with B2B and B2C payment methods and fintech ecosystem including fraud management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of tax solutions and compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS.
  • Data-driven decision making with experience in analytics and SQL.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
