What you will do
- Support Account Executives during customer evaluations by answering technical questions and managing escalations.
- Plan and execute discovery strategies to uncover business problems tied to revenue, cost, and risk.
- Create and deliver innovative solution demonstrations both on-site and remotely.
- Scope, install, configure, and troubleshoot solutions; manage technical Proofs of Concept.
- Communicate business concepts and technical architectures to diverse audiences including executives and IT teams.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to architect solutions and influence product roadmap.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SaaS with enterprise customers in technical pre-sales or related roles.
- Strong experience with enterprise software products, service management, and integrations.
- Proven ability to assess requirements and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SAP products and CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, sales, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience with mobile technologies.
- Direct and digital sales activity experience.
