TL;DR

Senior Solution Advisor (SaaS): Act as a bridge between Sales and Delivery to translate business vision into technical solutions, support customer evaluations, and drive technical relationships with strategic clients. Focus on delivering innovative demos, managing technical proofs of concept, and communicating value to diverse stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement based in Singapore

What you will do

  • Support Account Executives during customer evaluations by answering technical questions and managing escalations.
  • Plan and execute discovery strategies to uncover business problems tied to revenue, cost, and risk.
  • Create and deliver innovative solution demonstrations both on-site and remotely.
  • Scope, install, configure, and troubleshoot solutions; manage technical Proofs of Concept.
  • Communicate business concepts and technical architectures to diverse audiences including executives and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to architect solutions and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SaaS with enterprise customers in technical pre-sales or related roles.
  • Strong experience with enterprise software products, service management, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to assess requirements and design solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SAP products and CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, sales, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Experience with mobile technologies.
  • Direct and digital sales activity experience.
