What you will do
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maintain and grow relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth contract handovers and showcase solutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction from enquiry through implementation and ongoing service
Requirements
- Must have full Australian working rights
- At least 3 years of new business development experience, ideally in engineering, automation, or IT solution selling
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in supply chain or logistics industries is highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or Logistics
- Knowledge of warehousing operations and automation solutions
