Location: Onsite in Belrose or Notting Hill, Australia

What you will do

  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maintain and grow relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth contract handovers and showcase solutions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction from enquiry through implementation and ongoing service

Requirements

  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • At least 3 years of new business development experience, ideally in engineering, automation, or IT solution selling
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics industries is highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or Logistics
  • Knowledge of warehousing operations and automation solutions
