Location: Remote within Germany, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Cologne

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and create opportunities for Account Executives
  • Master sales pitch and qualification methodologies
  • Use sales tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and generate innovative lead generation ideas
  • Research trends and best practices to engage prospects
  • Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
  • First experience in B2B SaaS sales, BDR, SDR, or inside sales
  • Experience with inbound and/or outbound lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and English (B2 level)
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong
