What you will do
- Create and qualify cold outbound leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop personalized outreach strategies for target personas
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Key Account Managers on territory strategy
- Build strategic account-based outreach to engage buyer personas
- Detect and share opportunities to improve outbound processes
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to sales pipeline growth
Requirements
- Location: Full remote work possible anywhere in France
- 9-12 months experience as BDR or SDR in B2B SaaS targeting enterprise market
- Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Passion for learning and education
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
- Master's degree in a related field
