Account Executive DACH (SaaS Sales): Driving revenue growth in German-speaking markets by managing mid-market sales cycles from demo to close with an accent on building strong client relationships and executing proven sales methodologies. Focus on developing sales strategies, pipeline building, and closing complex deals in the Learning & Development sector.

Location: Remote within Germany or based in Berlin

What you will do

  • Lead sales opportunities from product demonstration to closing deals in the DACH region
  • Engage with HR and training decision-makers to build a strong network
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Manage inbound projects and grow business within new accounts
  • Contribute to improving sales playbooks and internal projects

Requirements

  • Native German and fluent English proficiency
  • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or presales roles
  • Proven ability to perform complex software/platform demos
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
  • Must be located in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
