Enterprise Account Executive (Data Analytics)

Location: Ontario, Canada — Remote

Compensation: 320,000–360,000 OTE, 50/50, uncapped, plus equity

What you will do

• Prospect for new business across targeted enterprise accounts and multiple functional areas.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite executives and multiple buying personas.
• Connect customer business objectives with hirify.global solutions and articulate the platform’s value.
• Create account plans and deal strategies to deliver revenue targets and balanced growth.
• Manage and grow a perpetual pipeline across quick wins and complex, longer sales cycles.
• Coordinate marketing, alliances, sales engineering, value engineering, customer success, and channel resources.

Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at a software or technology company.
• Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives at Global 2000 companies.
• Track record of qualifying and closing consultative, service-led, multi-year, and subscription-based sales.
• Strong knowledge of the data-analytics industry, competitor products, and capabilities.
• Exceptional time-management and people-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
