Solution Deployment Manager

What you will do

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover to support handover
• Drive project management and host functional and technical workshops with clients
• Define platform architecture and facilitate integrations (SSO, APIs, third-party tools)
• Support customers throughout their contract to increase product adoption and deliver professional services
• Develop scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery
• Contribute to knowledge base and onboard new team members

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in France or able to work remotely within France
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar customer-facing role (Technical Consultant, Project Manager, etc.)
• Experience with SaaS product deployment, APIs, and SSO configuration
• Project management skills and client-oriented mindset
• Native French proficiency and very good English proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HR-related SaaS products
• Ability to adapt communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders
