What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers and Producers across multiple countries.
- Drive βs aggressive geographic expansion across the Americas by translating strategic objectives into actionable priorities.
- Manage event P&Ls to meet profitability targets and lead cost optimization initiatives.
- Continuously improve event quality and operational processes to enhance guest experience and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver business plans.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience managing large-scale P&Ls and cross-country teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Background combining strategy consulting and hands-on executive experience in startups, PE-backed, or growth-stage companies.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and ability to translate vision into execution.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas.
