What you will do

• Execute software patching, OS upgrades, and maintenance procedures following defined playbooks.
• Edit, modify, and debug software products in alignment with established test plans.
• Support datacenter and factory floor operations with minimal impact on system availability.
• Troubleshoot nonstandard technical issues using structured debugging methods.
• Maintain disciplined documentation including change records, test evidence, and outage reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams to coordinate maintenance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access
• High School diploma with 6+ years of relevant or military experience.
• Proficiency in editing, debugging, and modifying software according to test procedures.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve technical issues.

Nice to have

• Active US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Associate degree or higher with relevant experience.
