What you will do
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing, multi-country organization with strong leadership succession.
- Define and drive go-to-market strategies including customer acquisition, market expansion, and partner development.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with global and regional customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align priorities with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Drive accountability by setting strategic goals and cascading them across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years at VP or senior director level.
- Proven track record leading multi-country or regional/global sales organizations with revenues in the hundreds of millions.
- Strong experience in AI, cloud, enterprise IT, and large data center environments.
- Demonstrated success managing executive-level customer relationships and closing strategic enterprise deals.
- Excellent leadership skills managing diverse teams across geographies.
