What you will do

• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to support new product development and align procurement lead times with milestones.
• Assess supplier capabilities and provide supply chain insights for supplier selection and risk mitigation.
• Participate in supplier negotiations and monitor supplier performance and delivery reliability.
• Coordinate supply chain planning to optimize component planning and meet production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost efficiency.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and risk mitigation strategies across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in project management or procurement in electronics or server hardware industries.
• Basic understanding of server or IT manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, especially with Asian suppliers; Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP applications and Microsoft Office tools.
