Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in Utrecht, Netherlands)

What you will do

• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, hardware setup (Apple), and access configuration for AWS, GitHub, and Atlassian.
• Administer device enrollment and software deployment using MDM tools like Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support for macOS and iOS across the organization.
• Lead AI adoption by guiding stakeholders on GenAI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) and evaluating new AI integrations.
• Monitor system usage and security threats to ensure company-wide technological stability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
• Deep expertise in macOS (Ventura/Sonoma) and iOS.
• Professional experience with Jamf and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong proficiency in the GenAI ecosystem and interest in agentic AI.
• Must be based in the Netherlands to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
• Administrative experience with Google Workspace and AWS IAM at scale.
