Senior Systems Engineer (Private Cloud)

TL;DR

Senior Systems Engineer (Private Cloud): Designing and automating global private cloud infrastructure and bare-metal systems with an accent on stability, scalability, and performance. What you will do

• Co-architect scalable platform features across ProxMox and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Manage observability and logging stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios.
• Implement security best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and incident retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with high-traffic distributed systems (game servers, media platforms, etc).
• Deep expertise in Linux (Debian, Alpine) in bare-metal or hybrid environments.
• Experience deploying and operating Private Cloud platforms such as OpenStack.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible and Terraform.
• Experience building GitHub Actions workflows and using GitOps tooling like ArgoCD.
• Valid EU work permit is required.
