Hr Generalist

What you will do

• Serve as first point of contact for HR matters in Production and Warehouse departments.
• Provide hands-on support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding and exit interviews.
• Advise line managers on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Identify training needs and support health & safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and implement HR policies.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years HR Generalist experience in the Netherlands.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Fluency in Dutch and English preferred.
• Currently living in the Netherlands and eligible to work.
• Experience supporting production, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build trust with frontline workforce.
