TL;DR

Partnerships Manager (Sales): Managing and scaling partner programs including agency and technology partners to expand hirify.global's reach and support developers. Focus on building scalable workflows, partner enablement, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the Agency Partner Program, evolving onboarding, certification, incentives, and sourcing new agencies
  • Support regional Agency/Reseller Partners across Europe and Asia
  • Assist key partnership initiatives including low-code and AI-native app builders, co-selling, and relationships with Apple & Google
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure essential partnerships for future growth
  • Scale partner enablement and education offerings
  • Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing, and reporting on partners

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience building and scaling partner programs
  • Comfortable working remotely in asynchronous environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with agency and technology partners preferred
  • Passion for partnerships as a core growth lever

Nice to have

  • Experience in the mobile app ecosystem
  • Experience with PartnerStack and Salesforce
  • Experience in early-stage tech companies or leading new initiatives
