What you will do
- Manage upselling opportunities and develop customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
- Support clients through their decision-making process to close upsell deals.
- Create effective account plans and strategies to exceed sales quotas.
- Negotiate with C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years of experience closing deals.
- Proficient Italian language skills and professional English required.
- Hunter mentality with strong communication and proactive ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.
- Full cycle B2B sales experience.
- Experience in SMB market and SaaS or digital transformation environments.
