Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: 40,000 € - 50,000 € OTE (70/30 fixed/variable)

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a team of SDRs focused on the Spanish market, setting the tone with energy and guidance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and results.
  • Coach the team through training, feedback, and tailored development plans.
  • Foster a positive, dynamic, and collaborative culture encouraging ownership.
  • Partner with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to define effective prospecting strategies.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets individual and team goals, including MRR and demos.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience leading an SDR/BDR team or significant senior SDR experience.
  • Strong data analysis and commercial strategy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Spanish language: expert level required.
  • English language: excellent level required.
