What you will do
- Identify upsell opportunities and generate revenue from each client.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and product updates.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client queries.
- Report trends and potential weaknesses to improve customer journeys and product.
Requirements
- Native level of Portuguese and professional English required.
- Experience in customer service and sales, preferably online support.
- Analytical, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Interest in B2B SaaS environment and digital tools.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Proactive with ability to propose new ideas.
