What you will do

  • Lead a talented engineering team focused on data visualization and business semantics.
  • Oversee recruitment and development of top-tier engineering talent.
  • Implement product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build high-quality, easy-to-operate software.
  • Manage technical debt and long-term architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and building platforms.
  • Experience scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+ members.
  • Strong track record in hiring and retaining engineering talent.
  • BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
