What you will do

Partner with the largest financial institutions to enable success of their marketing programs on hirify.global
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for partner management, deal negotiation, and cross-functional project leadership
Build strong relationships with financial institution teams from EVP+ executives to partner managers and analysts
Develop an in-depth understanding of partners' and hirify.global's business goals to identify win-win opportunities
Develop, manage, and execute the partnership team's strategic roadmap collaborating with C-level executives and leaders across functions

Requirements

Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC, United States
10+ years of progressive experience in consumer lending, customer acquisition, or digital marketing
At least 5 years of direct people management of high-performing business development, sales, or account management teams
Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing complex partner relationships and running client-facing or senior management teams
Understanding of consumer finance industry challenges and growth vision
