What you will do

  • Manage sales qualified deals and develop customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and leverage strong business relationships across departments and with C-suite executives.
  • Create and execute account plans and sales strategies to exceed quotas.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.
  • Drive prospects through the sales process using consultative selling techniques.
  • Support Portuguese market expansion by understanding the landscape and developing new strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficient Portuguese and professional English.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Tech savvy with passion for digital innovation.
  • Strong presentation and social selling skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, team player, and self-motivated.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Experience in full sales cycle and outbound campaigns.
  • Understanding of qualification methodologies to nurture prospects.
