What you will do

  • Lead and guide a team of 6-8 Account Managers fostering ownership, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies with Area and Talent teams.
  • Design and implement innovative tactics to maximize customer retention, upselling, and revenue amplification.
  • Provide consistent feedback and hands-on leadership to motivate the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product development, customer experience, and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Spanish expert speaker and fluent in English.
  • Proven experience managing customer-oriented teams with a track record in upselling and retention.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment and passion for technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
