What you will do
- Manage sales-qualified deals and execute the sales cycle for specific functionalities.
- Boost account development through upselling and cross-selling for existing customers.
- Identify and support Accounts Manager teams to find upselling opportunities and lead deal closing.
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
- Proficient level of Spanish and professional English required.
- Hunter mentality, results-driven, and strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication, empathy, proactivity, and ownership of activities.
Nice to have
- Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.
- Proficient level of Catalan.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience in full cycle B2B sales.
