What you will do

  • Manage sales-qualified deals and execute the sales cycle for specific functionalities.
  • Boost account development through upselling and cross-selling for existing customers.
  • Identify and support Accounts Manager teams to find upselling opportunities and lead deal closing.
  • Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
  • Proficient level of Spanish and professional English required.
  • Hunter mentality, results-driven, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Good communication, empathy, proactivity, and ownership of activities.

Nice to have

  • Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.
  • Proficient level of Catalan.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in full cycle B2B sales.
