TL;DR

Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid model – 2 to 3 days per week in the office, Chamberí area)

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Generate and maintain your own sales pipeline combining delivered leads and self-generated opportunities.
- Close new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
- Work closely with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and client transition.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams by providing market and client feedback.
- Participate in defining sales processes, metrics, and playbooks.
- Represent the company at events, networking, and SaaS forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Closer in SaaS B2B.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in consultative B2B sales with medium or long sales cycles.
- Experience selling to C-levels, Commercial Directors, or RevOps.
- Fluent English (professional level, oral and written).
- Current residence in Madrid or availability to attend in person 2–3 times a week.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SaaS processes and commercial tools (CRM, HubSpot, Sales Engagement).
- Experience in startups or fast-growing environments.
- Network in tech or B2B ecosystems.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Experience selling to international markets.
