What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and empower Account Executives in the Spanish market to hit acquisition targets and scale the sales motion.
- Coach and develop the team with daily feedback, structured growth plans, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Define and implement commercial goals and strategy for the Spanish market, aligned with revenue priorities.
- Recruit and onboard high-potential AEs, setting clear expectations and guiding early success.
- Partner with Sales Operations to refine tools, processes, and tracking; use data to identify coaching opportunities.
- Join key calls to provide real-time coaching, review deals, refine pipeline strategy, and support closing key opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and an advanced level of English.
- Solid background in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS.
- At least 2 years leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership style grounded in trust, empathy, positive energy, and accountability.
