What you will do

• Ensure smooth operation of global internal Communication & Collaboration IT services focusing on E-Mail service
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange and peripheral systems
• Monitor system performance and implement updates and patches according to ITIL
• Document features and changes for administrators and end users
• Support end-users at second/third level for communication tools
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in related fields
• Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-premises) and related services
• Deep knowledge of Powershell scripting
• Experience with application lifecycle, security, and maintenance for Microsoft Applications and M365
• Fluent English in spoken and written form

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified or ITIL
• Experience with Service Now
