What you will do

• Administer and maintain on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in a hybrid environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot Group Policies to ensure consistent enterprise security configurations.
• Monitor directory health, including replication, DNS, and synchronization, to ensure reliable authentication.
• Implement security best practices such as tiered administration and least privilege models.
• Automate identity administration and reporting tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Manage identity-related incidents and service requests as 2nd-level support.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID in hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of AD architecture, including domain controllers, replication, and authentication protocols like Kerberos and NTLM.
• Proven ability to implement security best practices for identity infrastructure.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and routine task management.
• Experience working within ITIL-based service management and change control processes.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
